Cookie Policy
Information about the cookies and similar storage technologies we use on hipnosia.com, in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.
Last updated: July 2026
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that websites store in your browser or device when you visit them. We also use similar technologies such as local storage (localStorage) and session storage (sessionStorage), which work in a similar way but do not send data to the server on every request.
These technologies allow the website to remember your preferences, measure traffic, and improve the user experience.
2. Types of cookies by purpose
- Strictly necessary cookies: essential for the basic functioning of the site. No consent is required.
- Analytics cookies: allow us to measure the number of visits and user behaviour to improve the site. Prior consent is required.
- Advertising cookies: we do not use our own advertising cookies. Google's tools may activate them if you accept analytics cookies, but they are set to denied by default (Consent Mode v2).
3. Cookies and technologies we use
Strictly necessary (no consent required)
Analytics cookies (consent required)
The following cookies are only installed if you accept analytics cookies in the banner shown when you visit the site. If you decline, Google Analytics does not collect any data about your visit.
Google Tag Manager (GTM-W79DX5S8) manages when and how Google Analytics scripts are loaded. On its own it does not install any cookies; it acts as a container that fires analytics tags only after your consent has been obtained.
4. Google Consent Mode v2
We implement Google Consent Mode v2, Google's mechanism for respecting privacy preferences in the EEA. Here is how it works:
- Before your decision: all consent parameters (
ad_storage,analytics_storage, etc.) are set to denied. Google may send aggregate measurement signals without cookies (cookieless pings) that do not identify individuals. - If you accept: they are updated to granted and Google Analytics begins collecting full session data.
- If you decline: they remain denied for the entire visit. Google does not install any analytics or advertising cookies.
5. Managing cookies from your browser
In addition to the options above, you can configure your browser to block or delete cookies at any time. Please note that this may affect the functioning of some websites.
You can also opt out of Google Analytics tracking directly using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
6. International data transfers
Google LLC, the provider of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, is headquartered in the United States. The transfer of data to that country is covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission and by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, in force since July 2023.
More information: Google Privacy Policy.
7. Updates to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add new tracking technologies or when applicable regulations change. The date of the last revision appears at the top of this document. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
